Attractions: Butterflies and Moths, other Insects, Amphibia, Reptile, Birds and Mammals

The museum has a gallery for permanent exhibition of the acquired specimens. It is opened to the public on all the working day. Special exhibitions are also organized in some occasions such as education day, environment day, Sripanchami, Buddhajayanti etc.

Meet butterflies and moths, other insects, amphibians, reptiles including frogs, crocodiles, snakes, lizards, different birds and mammals etc. Learn the differences, learn what they eat, where they live and how they are adapted for survival. We encourage students to make comparisons and discuss ideas and develop their knowledge.

We also take part of the exhibits to different places at the request of the governmental or non-governmental organization under the awareness campaign and conduct worshop and seminar on natural heritage and its conservation. The collections are normally only available to those, whether amateur or professional, engaged in original research or the production of artwork intended for publication. Charges are levied on commercial users of the collections, and for photography and photocopying.
